Best book ever!
This hilarious, moving, poignant and sometimes sad story is the best book I’ve ever read. I was very sad when it ended. I have hundreds of titles in my library and this one tops the lot! I will definitely listen to all the authors. Now I will also watch the movie made from the book. Don’t hesitate to invest in this purchase, you won’t regret it!
Good book about family connection
This is a lovely story about how one person forms a family from the connections one makes. I love it. I finally cried. You become very attached to the characters and how their relationship develops. It also does a good job of going back and forth between Ove’s past life and present in a way that shows how past experiences have shaped his character and values.
It really lives up to the hype
I keep hearing how amazing this story is and a bit late to read it but I’m so glad I did. Full of warmth and love — makes you appreciate other people and the little things in life. Jk Simmons made it even better, I’m sure — great book!
