The Ghost Brigade by John Scalzi is the second chapter in Old Man’s War novel series which is a science fiction fantasy. The narration of this chapter is done by Zachary Quinto and he made this chapter sound too good with his excellent tonal quality, calmness, and expression.

The Ghost Brigades are regarded as the Special Forces. They were from the Colonial Defense Forces and were created from the dead’s DNA. They converted themselves into ideal soldiers required for the toughest possible operations by the CDF. They were all young, energetic, strong, and fast. They were all completely without the usual human qualms. There were a lot of other interesting facts about them which you will enjoy in this novel.

It was a solid piece of writing by John Scalzi that gives an impression of military science fiction. There are some beautiful fast-paced scenes of war and the author was good when it comes to paying attention to minute details.
