Six extraordinary people started the mysterious journey of finding the stars on the Corfu Island and they have been successful up till now in getting the fire star.

The most dominating character is Mermaid Annika who is an athlete and a true warrior; sadly it is writing on the wall that she would not be always in the company of the team. Annika must go back to the water world where she originally belongs. Sawyer King comes from the space and he and his guardians are in search of the water start that only Annika can find if he wants to.

The mermaid is finally in love with the man from the land but he cannot allow her to make love with him because it would eradicate all his hopes of returning to the land. The mermaid too has plans of her own against the calamity that is about to fall on her kingdom and everyone in it. Secrets again fill the novel with surprises and much more interesting than other fantasies of the time.

The narrator is the same and with same energy that is usually not provided by the narrators these days, Saskia Maarleveld is however the old elegant style narrator. She tries to give her one hundred percent no matter what the material is she is on to it in a flash. And once she gets the hold of it than it is raw sensation for the fans.
