Legendary is a teen fictional novel. It is the second volume of the Caraval novel series. The book is written by Stephanie Garber who is known for writing excellent young adult fiction. The best chapter so far from Stephanie Garber is Echo. A lot of young adult fiction lovers also liked her Cress novel as well.

The narration of this chapter is done by Rebecca Soler. She is a fine performer who did full justice with her role of a narrator to her maximum potential.

After getting swept in Caraval, the magical world, Donatella Dragna managed to escape her father. She also saved Scarlett, her sister, from a horrible arrange marriage. The girls in this situation must be celebrating but they couldn’t actually as Tella was still not free at all. She made a bargain with some mysterious criminal. What Tella now owes to him is something that nobody else has been able to deliver. It was the true name of the Caraval Master Legend.

The only good chance and a reasonable opportunity here to win Caraval is to uncover the real identity of Legend. Therefore, Tella didn’t waste any time putting herself once more in the legendary competition. Caraval is something that demands to have bravery, sacrifice and cunningness. But, the game this time is asking for a lot more than this. If Tell is not able to fulfill her bargain then she would lose everything that she loves.

The story is a bit too stretched. You might fell bore after half of the novel. But, still there are some exciting characters and a certain other elements that will keep you engaged somehow till the end. It was not a full disappointment but at times, the story felt a bit flat.
