(Free Full Audiobook) The Slow Regard of Silent Things By Patrick Rothfuss

Saga of the Kingkiller reaches close to the end Patrick Rothfuss himself takes the guard of narration too because he thought that he could portray the climax in a much better way. Previous narration was not bad but this one is exceptionally good because the author knew what he wanted from the narration. More variety in voice is provided to the other characters that was ignored at many places in The Name of the Wind and The Wise Man’s Fear.

Fantasy comes back to where it all started when Kvothe was thrown out of the university at an early age. Here the talk is not about Kvothe rather the main focus is Auri, a woman not known to many in the outside world other think that she is just a myth. But she still remains hidden or buried deep under the foundation of the university.

To make it more lively the author defines her through her own voice as she starts telling us that she still remains whether you believe it or not she just does not care. Alone in the stone structure that surrounds her she wanders in search of a life source, something that can provide her the energy with which she would be able to rise to the world above.

Stories that she carries with her are unique and her gestures clearly show that she knows more than she tells, she has seen ages and monsters rising and falling. Her perception can impact the way we see things as human beings; Auri is so mesmerizing in speech that her physical charm is left aside. The listeners want to enjoy her experiences and delving in the beauty of the ancient one is not a good idea.
