Ari Fliakos is the narrator of this novel. The performance was excellent and will keep you engaged for hours.

The Summer House was once a very luxurious place right at the bank of a rustic lake but then it get reduced to a decrepit crash pad. It is now nothing more than a gruesome scene of a nighttime mass murder. The eyewitnesses were also there who pointed it to the 4 Army Rangers men. They were known as the Night Ninjas and they had just made a return after their fight in Afghanistan.

In order to ensure justice, Army deployed Major Jeremiah to investigate, who is a former NYPD cop. But the major and his team arrived at the place with absolutely no idea that their grim jobs will turn even more challenging.  The main challenge came from the local law enforcement people who actually resisted the interruption of the Army and would just evade them at every point of the investigation. It was a nightmare case for them and the puzzle was getting harder and harder to solve.

The novel is very exciting and it will keep you guessing right till its ending with every possibility that you could imagine in a suspense thriller.
