The two though saved the kingdom of Melengar from the deadly fangs of wizardry but still think that they have not completed their job properly.

The kingdom still is without the true king and thus the issue of the throne could start another battle between the aristocracies. The new empire finally decides to burn the witch so that the curse could be uplifted forever. The horror of the witchcraft had been haunting the kingdom for ages and now was the time to end it forever. The empress on the other hand shows hatred toward the decision of the council that wants force her into marrying someone of their choice. The only way to solve all the problems is to locate to one true heir.

Thus they in a way become enemies of the same kingdom that they saved in Rise of Empire. This time the two show aggressions as well as they plan to fight the last battle of their lives. Michael J. Sullivan in the voice of Tim Gerard Reynolds completes the masterpiece in style as we witness passion, fantasy and true sentiments as well. The character of the empress is also a fine addition in the series as she appears to be the source of inspiration for the two friends in the end. It is because of the empress that the two start the search once again and thus going against the whole kingdom.
