Murder at the Museum is the second book in the Agatha Oddly series by author Lena Jones.
The book is about 13-year-old Agatha Oddly – a bold, determined heroine and star of this stylish new detective series.
Agatha Oddlow is about to become the youngest member of the Gatekeepers. She has a mystery to solve!
There’s been a murder at the British Museum, and although the police are investigating, Agatha suspects they’re missing a broader conspiracy going on beneath London. A conspiracy involving an abandoned subway station, a giant fireworks display, and 5,000 tons of gold bullion. …
I am a huge fan of this series. Agatha is exactly the type of protagonist you want to cheer for. She is curious, bold and flawed. Her friends are equally interesting and really contribute to the overall feel of the story.
Murder at the museum transports readers to the streets — and tunnels below — of London. It’s a fun mystery that can be a bit predictable for adults but is suitable for the intended readers. There is one more book in the series and I can’t wait to see where author Lena Jones will take the next Agatha.
