This is a really great book. I liked the story of Harley and Tyson and I also liked the story of Laney and Levi. Laney and Levi fell in love while in college. Laney has the opportunity to study around the country in California at the Institute of Culinary Arts. She loves to cook and this is her dream. She is excited about the opportunity and knows that she and Levi will have to work hard but they will find a way. When Levi finds out, he freaks out and gives her an ultimatum – either she stays with him or goes to school and they’re over. Eight years later, Laney comes home and she has never stopped loving Levi.

Laney has always loved Levi and she has missed him very much all these years. She has cancer and she wants to return home to her family, friends and her love Levi. She is fighting her friend Mia but she wants to stay home to undergo chemotherapy. She was terribly guilty about ending things with Levi and she wished she could go back in time. She just wants to have him in her life in any way she can.
