My family loves this series. We started with the original Star Wars trilogy with sound, which is also very good. After hearing the narrator read some westerns and Huckleberry Finn it took a bit of time to accept his voice in the sci-fi but he did a great job. Some have complained about the sound effects. My family thinks they are great. These stories are clean and kid-friendly.

Okay, so I know that this has a lot of negatives but I really enjoyed this book. The interesting story and additional scenes allow listeners to better understand some of the characters and their motives. It’s slow for people who don’t like politics but those are good for me… I guess I’m a bit odd that way but they’re more engaging because of the war of words instead of Lightabers and blasters. Good story and very memorable characters.
