Summoner 8 is the eighth science fiction book in the Summoner series by author Eric Vall.
As Gryff learns more about Shadowscape and the god-like Archons that rule it, the stakes get higher and higher.

Angel-monster Phi is still plotting to destroy humanity. Gryff and her friends had to spread out into the far corners of Mistral to make sure she didn’t succeed.

They have to finish her off. One and forever.

The evil author kidnaps readers’ interest and demands ransom in the form of ratings/gratitude. I think we readers should emphasize “evidence of life”, such as publication schedule or introductory chapters to attract us. Seriously – I’ve pretty much figured out how it ends but the journey is proving fascinating. With two (sorted) down and seven to go, we still have a solid adventure ahead of us. For those who don’t understand references and like the genre, I recommend starting from scratch. When you catch up, the next release will be available and then you can join us – impatiently waiting for the next one.

God, this man can write a good story. I was hooked, the summoner series reminded me of an ultimate fantasy style story but at an adult level. This series captivated me and delivered countless exciting moments mixed with suspense and action. I would pre-order the next book now if I could. Besides, check out the sucubus lord as it is very different but equally amazing.
