A wonderful story of friendship set in a unique and gripping sci-fi world. Very engaging reading full of characters that we don’t normally read. The scientist in me need not doubt too much, which is often a problem with science fiction.

Fun story to read as an engineer! I love the sci-fi style that combines steampunk techniques and the increasingly gay voices that are so much-needed in youth literature. Can’t wait to see what’s next from this current and upcoming author!
