I love this book. I am always looking for simplicity and getting more from less. This book contains many tips and ideas to serve as a guide. Koch repeats his overall idea in each section, but I feel it helps strengthen thinking. This is a great book to read in the new year.

Great book, very useful concepts to learn as a multi-tasking business owner. I just wish the author had hired another narrator with a more neutral voice because I found it very difficult to understand what he was saying. Other than that highly recommended.
