The man mentioned earlier was found guilty of murdering a 12-year-old girl and putting her body in the trash. The DNA from the stain on the dress the girl is wearing isn’t his, so he should be released. Mickey, Maggie and Bosch, as investigators, are trying their best to prove him guilty again. All of this is new territory for Mickey as he’s used to being on the other side of the courtroom.

As usual, the Lincoln Lawyer series never disappoints. This book leaves you guessing how it will end and provides a wealth of information about the criminal justice system.
