This is a sequel to The Girl of Nowhere and I’m reading it for the second or third time with warmth and joy. We follow Jenny as she continues to gain strength in her role as family and with her evil relatives. Ya can not choose your relatives. Of course, Thomas, a talking horse, only helps her once more as a backseat driver. A lovely light-hearted story with a happy, albeit poignant, ending. Just like life can be.

I’ve loved the characters and relationship development since the first book! Now I want more! Please keep writing, please Jodi Taylor!
