It’s been decades since I read Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice, but I still remember the tension between Elizabeth and Darcy. Ms. Kincaid wrote a compelling story that maintained interest throughout its development. She deftly maintains the tension between Elizabeth and Darcy without overdoing it and at the same time developing their growing attraction. It was an extremely interesting book and I look forward to hearing more of her books.
