I love how the characters and their problems are relatable — and they have friends, jobs, and interests. Both are lovely people you can cheer for. Also, I probably need to read more romance stories, but this is the first book I’ve read that realistically depicts interracial relationships. The narration is pleasant and unobtrusive. Highly recommended!

I love it! I have heard this book twice. The author is a great storyteller with descriptive language. It’s a beautiful love story. I don’t usually leave reviews for books, but this is a great start! I can’t wait to finish the whole series right now. Also, who do I need to contact to turn this book into a movie!

This book is a cute story. I connected to the characters and was able to fill in as if I was actually watching them in real time. The narrator is amazing!!! I am currently looking for other books by Jasmine Guillory that she narrates. Made my morning drive so much better!
