Perfect Stranger – Best Literature & Fiction Audiobook

Perfect Stranger is a fictional novel written by Megan Miranda. She is more into writing novels involving suspense, mystery, and thrill as well. Some of her good books that are worth listening are The Last House Guest and All the Missing Girls.

Rebekkah Ross has narrated this novel. She has paired up with Megan Miranda in a number of her novels. Their pairing worked every time and there was no exception with Perfect Stranger as well. The performance went quite well which the audience enjoyed thoroughly.

If you have already read the All the Missing Girls novel then this book will interest you a lot as its follow-up novel. This time, you will find a journalist who embarks on a journey to locate her missing friend. It was her friend who might never have existed at all.

Leah Stevens must get out of Boston where she returns to Emmy, her old friend. She has just come out of a highly troubled relationship. Emmy asks Leah that they must move out of Pennsylvania. Leah could get a good teaching job there and then both these women could start their lives again. But, the start of their new life is threatened when a woman resembling Leah is beaten. This incident happened just by the lake and then Emma goes missing a few days later. Leah starts to cooperate with Kyle to trace Emmy. Kyle was a very charming young police officer who was working on this case of Emmy’s disappearance. As soon as the investigation progressed, Leah started to wonder if she knew her dear friend Emmy at all. Some clues found by police suggested that there might be now a woman as Leah at all.

The book was well written almost throughout, except for the ending. Tit is a long story where the author could have done justice to the ending as well.
