The Last Magician captivated me from the very beginning and I didn’t want it to end. Can’t wait for the sequel to come out. Lisa Maxwell is a great writer and brings scenes to life with her words. Candace Thaxton is a great storyteller and brings the book and characters to life with her voice.

The ultimate magician is a great story very well written and great storytelling. The plot is engaging and refreshing while still feeling solid and believable. We are comfortably cradled in the work of Lisa Maxwell. I highly recommend that you give this book a try.
