I’m glad I received all three books right away.. because it was on the cliff stand of the first one.. the second one didn’t disappoint.. I absolutely loved the books. twists and turns of this series.
This story begins as soon as the first part was left unfinished and better than the first. There are some twists that I don’t see coming!
I really like this book. The character development from the past to now is very interesting.
I feel like the “bad guy” is a lot more obvious than the author thought and at least not surprised, but it’s still a really nice twist. it’s only obvious because it’s perfect.
Honestly, I liked this book better than the first so that’s refreshing. As for the narrator, my opinion hasn’t changed. In an attempt to emulate the tone of a teenage girl, she tried to make Winter sound like a spoiled child that was the complete opposite of her personality. I also still feel that it’s definitely Winter’s way of talking and not what she says that makes her sound spoiled or grumpy.
