I love, love, love the mysteries of Coffeehouse and this is no exception. The main character, Claire Cosi, is as feisty as ever. I learned a lot about coffee from these books! In this book, Matteo Allegro, Claire’s ex-husband and business partner, buys a small, rare coffee in Ethiopia. This coffee is said to be able to create vision and rightfully so! This story has a fairy-tale element that sets it apart from other books she has written. I like cozy mysteries, but I don’t think these can be classified as true mysteries. They have an element of grit that makes them stand out from others. In this book, Claire must make a difficult decision.
