Imagine Shelton as a Dom, that’s book 1, this one is like Leonard accidentally meeting a dominatrix. The books weren’t really long but I fell in love with each one! VERY VERY VERY VERY highly recommended!!!!

This is a romance novel, full of deep content and casually dominating/submissive (but not much) sex.
This is pretty much D/s sex for the vanilla guys, albeit with spanking and spanking.
While the D/s aspect is important and central to the story, it’s the friendship/romance, trust, and communication between h/h that are the plot. It’s a romance, not just porn. The electricity exchange took place healthy and beautiful. It doesn’t have Sexy Alpha Master fantasy like many bdsm stories. This has a power exchange with both partners taking on both D/s roles in turn. It is healing and caring.
If you’ve ever thought about actually talking to your partner about the D/s power exchange, this could be a book worth sharing as it’s a narcissistic “transformation” story about a mature, healing, non-threatening relationship after the “alpha” of a narcissist.
The author has certainly studied his psychology. This is a clever, emotional, sexy story.
It could have been longer but the details to make it could slow down the tempo and more sex wouldn’t make the story go the other way, it would just have more sex. A follow-up story to the series could be interesting.
