A Cuban Girl’s Guide to Tea and Tomorrow (Audiobook Online) by Author Laura Taylor Namey. 

The main character is a 17-year-old girl named Lila, and is told from her point of view. The narrator fits Lila very well and does a great job with the Spanish accent when there are Spanish words appearing here and there in the narration. Her British accent is fine, and her male voice is okay, but her British male voice isn’t so great. What makes audiobook narration great is that it adds to the overall experience of listening to a book or even makes the listening experience better.
The story of Lila was planning her future, but then life happened, and she had to go through some related pain. You will enjoy hearing about Cuban and British Culture, as well as descriptions of food, tea, Miami and England. The storyline is cute, cheesy, and sometimes unrealistic, and Lila does some errands too (a teenager walks into someone’s kitchen at a business and acts like you know more than them.) . Romantic love story, and you will many times roll your eyes. I did this so that Lila learned to appreciate a new culture and also learned that she was not perfect, took charge and changed her life. That is really appreciable.
