What makes the experience of listening to A King’s Trade the most enjoyable?

I’m excited to see more Lewrie Series on Audible. I listened while driving and, years ago, I was literally forced to read the print edition of A Captain’s Vengeance. John Lee’s interpretation was much better than I imagined.

Who is your favorite character and why?

Easy Alan Lewrie. Dewey Lambdin made Lewrie great with hilarious actions and emotions, spoken and even funnier than unspoken.

How do you like John Lee’s performance?

Everything. He plays Lewrie with real zest. I can’t imagine anyone else voicing Lewrie.

If you were to make a movie about this book, what would the intro line be?

I have no clue.
