I laughed and cried a lot when I heard Cake: The newlywed couple. It’s great to know more about Jake and Casey’s post-marital life. J Bengtsson writes stories we can relate to instead of far-fetched fairy tales. Jake and Casey have overcome many difficulties as newlyweds. This time around, Jake wasn’t the only one with the problem Casey had. I love McKallister’s and The Caldwells and I don’t want this book to end. I hope the next book is about Keith. As for the narration, Andi Arndt and Joe Arden did a great job. Thank you J Bengtsson for another wonderful book with a complicated family full of love, fun, this is a very deep, interesting and emotional book.

After hearing and loving the first three books in this series, I wondered how in the world it could get any better. J. Bengtsson just blew this out of the water. You laugh, you cry, you love, you catch up with the family everyone wants to be a part of. You cheer them on and wish our favorite CAKE couple all the best. This is even before mentioning that Andi and Joe did a great job. I can’t wait for the next book. I think this is a must read series. So worth the credit/money and time.
