Death of a Cheerleader is the fourth book in the Riverdale series by author Micol Ostow.

Betty, Veronica, Cheryl, and the rest of the River Vixens are heading out of town for the weekend on a cheering retreat. Archie, Jughead and the rest decide to have a night of poker at La Bonne Nuit. The storm knocked out the power, and the speakeasy was locked. When the lights came back on, all the cash was gone.

A few hours away, River Vixens was ready to enjoy a few days of nature and team bonding. They arrived at the cheer camp, there were two other hostile teams already there. The team from Stonewall Prep claims that the Greendale girls caused one of their teammates to go missing two years ago. Betty and Veronica investigate, but then creepy things start happening throughout the camp.
