Review 1: Fire from the Sky By N.C. Reed audiobook by Sal In NJ

I was surprised, not in a good way

I bought this book because it was by the same author and narrator that wrote and performed Odd Billy Todd which by the way is one of the best books you’ll ever read or hear performed. That’s is why I found it so surprising that this book was as bad as it is both in content and in narration I can’t explain it but DO read Odd Billy Todd ……do not read this one

Review 2: Fire from the Sky By N.C. Reed audiobook by David

Great addition to the genre

I am a big fan of this genre, I really enjoy books like this that take the time to go over how people got prepared, and not just jump right into the SHTF event right away, I will be buying the next book in the series right away.

To Audible…. You need to have a better way to look for books in this genre, this series never hit my suggestions at all, and this genre is the only genre I really listen to. I have a bunch of suggested books that I have no interest in listening to, or just read the actual book that always show up, there should be a way to say not interested in a book, so I can see different suggested books.

Review 3: Fire from the Sky By N.C. Reed audiobook by james

the first book in this series told me a lot about the author and his beliefs. I cant believe none of the reviewers here has referred to the incidents where the hero Clay just up and kills people operating like a judge jury and executioner. We are supposed to believe that he developed this habit from his time in the military when he conducted dark ops. This novel is nothing more than an extended display or machismo. The characters have absolutely no depth, the writing is awful and the plot pretty incredible. Awfulness is one thing but the wanton disregard for humanity that the author displays for the sake of his macho plot is worse than awful. A terrible piece of fiction !
