Freefall recounts history repeating itself with another race of aliens intent on destroying Earth and all of humanity. Familiar characters, some new characters, and a glimpse of aliens made me crave the finale.

The details written about space travel, futuristic architecture, and technology make you wonder if the author has some insights that we don’t know. Although the book can be read individually, do yourself a huge favor, get the whole series and read it again from the beginning.
