Evie and Jack’s mom always blasts the mother’s trademark support on stage, while Ronnie’s mom sends her son in baby evacuations to Penny and Eric Lawrence to be safe from lightning attack in London. The safety and love of Evergrene, the Lawrences family estate, magic seeps into Ronnie’s life for the first time and begins the intricate interweaving of fate, chance, and business.
