I Putin A Novel – Audiobook Online
I, Putin is a literary fiction book by author Jennifer Ciotta.
This is a novel that resembles the Russian president in many ways. It’s controversial in many ways, but a lot of it deserves nothing but admiration.
What happens when Vladimir Putin is faced with a decision so painful that it will change him forever? 118 submariners plunge into the abyss, a country in turmoil and a president who doesn’t seem to care. The first is Vladimir Putin and his personal aide, Gosha, discover what drives the man behind Russia. Is he the cold, ruthless Vladimir Putin we know, or is he… human?
Overall, Jennifer Ciotta’s I, Putin is a very good concept. First of all, the author writes Vladimir Putin from a first-person perspective. And she loves Putin’s voice. At the end of the novel, I thought that if Putin wrote about the Kursk tragedy, his thoughts would be exactly the same as that of Putin. Do that well. I’m glad to see Bill Clinton also appear in the book. His personality makes me laugh out loud, but sometimes it makes me sad for Bill when he talks about his abusive past.
The author also uses Boris Yeltsin as a humorous work. As for Gosha, Putin’s personal assistant (he is fictitious), happy and sad so Ciotta is able to write with many levels of emotions.
