 True Blue is a fascinating mystery thriller. It is a book written by David Baldacci. The author has a good command of novels of the mystery-thriller genre. It will be a good idea to check some more novels from Baldacci. If you are interested then do check out his Walk the Wire and A Minute to Midnight.

Ron McLarty is the narrator of this True Blue novel. His performance in the mystery thrillers by Baldacci is always appreciated. Once again, he proved his worth with a magnificent performance given.

Mace Perry, an ex-cop from Washington D.C. is all set to investigate a high profile and a mysterious homicide. She was investigating this case as her last attempt for getting back her badge. She discovered herself o the collision path with the dark side that was not associated with national security earlier. At least, not to this level.

Perry was a firebrand cop the police force until one day she got kidnapped. She was then framed for a severe crime and had two spend a couple of years in prison. She is out now and fully focused on her new mission. The mission was to be a police cop one more time. She thought the only way to get back the honor is to solve some significant criminal case on her own. Perry had to work in the shadows despite having her sister on her side, who is the police chief. A spiteful attorney could go to any limit to sending Perry back in the prison.

The True Blue novel comes with a new Mace Perry character. The book had some issues with the plot and Baldacci couldn’t end well what he started brilliantly.
