I love the story, yes, but Almarie Guerra really gives me goosebumps!! Her pace is precise, slowing down during tense/intimate moments, but speaking at an enjoyable pace throughout the action! My favorite part is when she voices Adair. When she was reading when he was angry, I was scared myself! Happily continue on to the next one!

As soon as I finished reading it, before I reached my bones, I jumped to read the second book. It was interesting as I slowly fell in love with characters I didn’t think I would and, ironically, I started to dislike some of my favorite characters. I love the narrator, it makes the book more interesting. And I’m definitely looking forward to the third and final part! I wish I could read it now.
