A joyful, gentle, bitter romance. The characters are very well built and lovable. Her description of the interior is amazing – you can really picture each room. A great book, especially if you love Charleston and the lowlands. I look forward to reading her next book!

This book portrays Charleston in the romantic light I’ve come to expect from great Southern charm. Absolutely loved the plot that had enough twists and turns. The details in the book allowed my imagination to see it all visually. Highly recommend this book to everyone who enjoys Southern charm, spice, and love.
