This book is a really good tool to understand how the brain works to help you manage anxiety. I committed two suicides three weeks apart with people very close to me. This book has really helped understand why sometimes you feel so helpless like you can’t control your reactions and emotions but gives you the tools on how this works so you can regain control and management of your life.

I was skeptical at first because I saw in the comments that people said it wasn’t for people with generalized anxiety disorder. I found that to be wrong. I feel like it touches on all the different forms of anxiety and offers the skills and techniques to best deal with them. There are many good tools to use in this book if you are suffering from any form of anxiety. But most of all, this book gave me a lot of hope.
