First of all, Kevin T. Collins is a great storyteller and finding other titles he has read is why I came to this series. I’m not sure I liked the story for the first few chapters – it hooked me after that. Love the characters and creative story. My imagination flew away and saw the world that Haydon had built. Give it a chance if you are looking for a worthwhile pastime.

I don’t understand the complaints about the narrator. He did a great job! Trust me. I’ve listened to over 420 audiobooks and omg! There are bad storytellers. This man is not!! He doesn’t spoil the story. I almost didn’t buy the book because of the complaints about him but the books have received such great reviews. I had a chance. I’m so glad I did. Don’t judge a book by the narrator’s reviews alone! I hope he continues through the series! I’m buying the series and starting a new adventure!
