I find it hard to believe *the* Sandra Brown wrote this book or Tailspin. For example, her two most recent books – Envy and Mean Streak – which I recently reread, have a completely different character. They are rich in meaning and allusion, the complexity of the plot, the psychological understanding, the obvious motives and the overall capacity is great, especially in the very real dialogue. Honestly, I don’t believe she wrote it. The same applies to Tailspin. I’m sad that one of my favorite writers is no longer active, but I love re-reading her books. Currently reading Envy in German and enjoying every minute. For some reason, it’s not available in English on Kindle. I hope Amazon will publish this negative comment.
