I love this story and the narrator. My family is from that area in North Carolina. Love the way the story goes. It makes me smile and get frustrated sometimes along with the characters. Can’t wait to see how the other books play out and what happens next. And ti find out who the killer is. Good story.

Oh my stars! I loved, loved, loved this book. I’ve never wanted to crawl into a book and hug one character, slap another, and speak so harshly to a third character. I’ve downloaded the next two and think I’ve found myself a new one-click author to add to my library.
