This book is not only educational but also entertaining. Shawn writes in an easy-to-understand way, with a bit of dry humor (which I love). Easy-to-understand information in minimal scientific terms. While discussing the science behind all of that, he writes in a way that adds data without being too “medical” (not a word… I made it up. You get it.) Got it. gist).

As a medical/health professional myself, I found this book very refreshing and highly recommend it.

Very good and I would recommend to anyone. It is very enjoyable even for those who sleep well! The only problem is the recommended items that we can buy to improve the quality of sleep. Grounding plate, some mention a specific brand of topical magnesium…. but otherwise I’ve already developed many points of the book. My sleep has improved because of that. Give it a try… Just be prepared to turn off your phone/tablet at night.
