This is the last book in the Charleston Heat series and I’m a bit sad. I really like this story. It’s quite mild, as far as angst goes, but the spiciness is good. Can’t go wrong with Joe Arden and Emma Wilder as your storytellers. Joe Arden speaks with a great Southern accent.

I’ve read all 4 books at Charleston Heat twice already…I absolutely LOVE them! I live in the South and have been to Charleston and the surrounding area many times.. I love talking about this truly amazing Southern city. I really know the street and the surrounding areas.
