Luckily, she won’t go alone. She’s been recruited into a girl gang, and with Jessa, Mischa, and Josephina by her side, they might really have a chance at success. Of course, they didn’t take into account the fact that their comrades stormed the fortress to track them down.

Been waiting for this last book for months now and I’m so glad we got a happy ending! Let’s be honest, not a real spoiler because COURSE has a happy ending! But I will say that there are a few things I am not very satisfied with, but overall the book is excellent.

Continue reading the revelations that I’m a bit unsatisfied with: Sonaris should have been a bigger part, not going to lie. He really was an asshole to Maddie and Asher in book 2, but he appeared in this book for a few minutes and then died? So on? Disappointed! And Maddie didn’t even see it! Also, watching what happens to the Atlanteans would be great. Sure we can use our imagination, but it looks a bit unfinished.

And why did it take Ron so long to admit his true feelings for Larissa? Nothing was ever explained there. Yes, it’s great that they’ve finally graduated from the Academy, but what’s the real problem? And why do we learn all about the SSW game our students play, just let them play for a few minutes and then never play again? After all, what happened to Asher and Maddie’s trident? Their perfect weapon has been mentioned several times throughout the series, but we don’t even see Asher using her weapon properly and Maddie seems to have left her weapon behind.
