Although this was not quite what I expected from the description, I found this book to be very enjoyable. It answered at least one question I never realized I’ve wondered for years and forgotten because it was more of a curiosity than anything else. This means that, if you are planning to get involved in politics, especially at the local level, you should read or listen to this book.
