The Architect Of Song Haunted Hearts Legacy Book 1 – Audiobook Online

The Architect Of Song – Haunted Hearts Legacy, Book 1, Audiobook Online By: A. G. Howard

A captive deaf woman, an architect imprisoned in the past, and a ghost imprisoned in petals intertwine in this love story that transcends life and death.

For most of her life, Juliet Emerline lived, isolated from her deafness, hating in the solitude of her home. Now, she risks losing her sanctuary to Lord Nicolas Thornton, a mysterious and eccentric architect whose designs are on her humble estate. When she secretly witnesses him raging next to a grave, Juliet investigates and finds the name “Hawk” on the gravestone and an unusual flower at his feet. The moment Juliet touched the petals, a young English nobleman appeared in a ghostly form, singing a song that only her deaf ears could hear. The ghost remembers nothing of his identity or death other than the name that haunts him in the afterlife: Thornton.

To avenge her ghostly companion and save her fortune, Juliet puts her social fears aside and heads to Lord Thornton’s secluded resort, posing as a hatmaker at one of his stores. There, she finds herself wondering who to trust: the architect in the flesh, who can relate to her through romantic gestures, heartfelt notes, and sensual touches… soul like no other man can.

When the dark truths behind Lord Thornton’s interest in her fortune and his relationship with Hawk come to light, Juliet is lured into a secret web. But it’s too late to escape, and the tragic love sown in her heart will change her silent world forever.

International bestselling author and NYT A. G. Howard brings her visceral/visual storytelling and dark magic to Victorian England. The Architect of Song is the first installment in her beautiful and romantic Legacy series of Haunted Hearts, a four-book new adult Gothic tale about generations of a family, haunted by a family. Haunted by ghosts both literally and figuratively, they seek self-acceptance, love, and happiness.

A.G. Howard has done it again! Fascinating story that draws you in from the very first lines. This story shows how powerful deafness is to our Protagonist. She has grown to fully accept and love her hearing loss in the most beautiful way. This story provides insight into Romani beliefs and is quite adventurous. There’s love, betrayal, murder and more.

I adore this beautiful story told in such gracious and endearing words. The characters have been broken and there is still hope for love and acceptance. Narrator Gemma Dawson brought this story to life with the emotions the author wanted to portray, bringing the story to life and completely engaging.
