So I feel like this book really did a good job of solving a lot of the problems I had with book 2. I know the characters have a long way to go to get things to where they need to be. came, (and they still never built the fence I suggested in my review for book 2) but they did an admirable job. And the love story here is too sweet. Two stubborn people were desperately trying to hold onto their hearts for fear of losing it to the one they had secretly surrendered to…. sighed happily. This book left me with happy and hopeful vibes, which was the perfect way to end it. Even so, those last few pages really put me on edge. There’s nothing like a heart attack in the middle of the night. Haha. Thank you for the lovely story.

OH. Since hearing the first book I have been hooked. At the end of this book, I thought they might not make it, but maybe I saw the end coming. I really enjoyed it and that’s what I expected because the story line is very engaging, romantic and of course a bit scandalous. The narrator was very helpful in keeping me hooked with the way she presented her voice. Love this series! My most memorable moment was when she gave the jewelry that Maxim had given her to the man who would serve her life and she told that guy to pay for what he did. by giving the jewelry to Maxim’s dad in a public place where everyone can see. Have you go American girl.
