My introduction to the works of KF Breene. I devoured each novel. This book is engaging in a different way than I expected. While the change in POV is a bit confusing at times, it’s still a great addition to the flow of the story. I would like to know different perspectives on situations. I appreciate the romantic aspect there but it’s so well integrated into the plot that you know it’s there but it doesn’t detract from the plot. The action in this book as well as other books in the series are fun to read. I find that when they move on to the main action sequences, I’m glued to the page and have a hard time getting back into my world.
