Excellent story. My favorite way to learn about history. At the behest of Michener, Clavell, L’amour makes history come alive. Love the storyteller as well. I will listen to my third book “New York” after listening and reading along “China”. I cannot say enough about Mr. Rutherfurd. Thank.

I felt like I was living and traversing the centuries with the characters. Love authors like Rutherford, and especially love Wanda McCaddon’s storytelling because her voice and expressions are so clear, her volume is steady, and she changes her voice a bit. The seamless way between the characters makes each person’s personality different.
