She made her bed, you will lie in it.

Rebecca just wants to help – show kindness Richard seems so lonely after his wife, Nicole, dies, and Rebecca wants to make sure he knows he has someone to turn to.

But now, she’s in Nicole’s clean house. Drink from your favorite crystal wine glass. Store shoes in a neat closet. Comforting her sweet and grieving stepdaughter. It felt like Rebecca was living another woman’s life.

And as she gets to know the neighbors, Rebecca hears stories that make her wonder: Is the free-spirited Nicole happy in this perfect life or does she feel trapped? Right?

If you loved The Girl on the Train, The Wife Between Us and The Girl Before, you’ll be completely hooked and can’t put down this hard-to-pause psychological thriller.

I chose this book because of Tamsin Kennard’s excellent narrative skills. Plus: Sheryl Browne’s “Second Wife” is a complex and confusing thriller. Having zigzagged from one extreme to another, I absolutely loved this book. Kennard, as always, left me in awe with the different characters’ voices, her precise timbre and accent. Browne and Kennard really make a perfect duo and I expect more impressive strong offers from these two accomplished women. Can we have more? Highly recommended.

I didn’t want to put this book down!!! A sequel to this book would be awesome!!! A great read, definitely!!!
