The Last Black Unicorn (Full Audiobook) by Tiffany Haddish
Tiffany Haddish writes and narrates another one her fine comedy, a series that has been making people laugh for quite a while now. The stories possess an autobiographical touch as most of the incidents and events are the writer has witnessed through her own eyes during her careers.
Tiffany starts depicting the tale of her own childhood and tells us the troubles she faced when she was unable to perform any of her household chores. Her mother was always there but she was unable to perform any useful tasks because of head injury. Even going to school was not an easy thing for her as the white high school was on an hour distance from her house. Even her practical life always remained a mess as she was a complete failure in all of the jobs that she tried to do.
Finally comes the fragrance of positivity in her life as she starts realizing her talent in the field of comedy. Though the road was never an easy one because of the opposition that she faced in the field still she managed to beat down the issues of race and sex.
The main message that she wants to convey is that we should not only be a hard worker in life but humbleness should also be there. As even on the verge of her career she still cleans her toilets the way her mother told her and never boasts of in front of anyone. This is a great book with surely a great message in stock for anyone who is facing a downfall in his life. There is always hope for the one who smiles towards life.
