That is what Brene Brown tries to tell in her creation, she has tried to inject courage in the people through Daring Greatly and Rising Strong. After an act of courage the fruit comes in the form of success and only then a person can lead those who lack courage. Usually average people are not that much attracted towards taking risks and that makes them followers of a crowd and nothing more. 

They just remain behind following right or wrong directions which most of the time they dislike but then they cannot just go alone in the wide world. Leaders emerge not with the power of the purse or charisma in personality they reach the top because they have the courage to beat the word failure down. Wonderful lesson for those who are running private businesses of different categories if they want to rise and make their business a successful one then they should have the courage to dare no matter what. 

Brene takes simple things in discussion and then just builds a whole castle of imaginations over it. But it is not a castle in the air; the author provides proof and not an imaginary one but from real life. The author has narrated the book in quick speed and can be listened to in a single hour but going through it just once is not enough. As it is not a story book thus it should be listened over and over again from time to time so that we can keep on remembering how to dare
