Hidden Huntress is the second installment in The Malediction Trilogy. It is a beautiful science fiction fantasy novel. The amazing author behind this sensational novel is Danielle L. Jensen. Some of his prominent science fiction novels include the likes of Stolen Songbird and Dark Shores. You will love to hear them in their respective audio formats for a great fun literary ride.

Eric Michael Summerer and Erin Moon are once again the chosen narrators for this Hidden Huntress audiobook. There was absolutely no need for changing them as they are performing consistently from the introductory chapter of the series. They have a long way to go and the audience loved their pairing a lot.

The tyranny of the reign of the king is absolute, right beneath the Forsaken Mountain. The only troll having the potential and guts to challenge the king is in prison for treason charges. Cecile has managed to escape from the darkness. But, very soon she learned that she is still in the grasp of the powers possessed by the king. It might also be his manipulation. She is now living with her mother after recovering from her injuries. She uses to visit the Opera stage almost every night. During the daytime, she looks for the witch who managed to flee the trolls for as long as 5 long centuries.

After the success of Stolen Songbird’s novel and standing in the bestselling list of USA Today, the audience had higher hopes from this sequel, Hidden Huntress. This second chapter is good but not as good as the first one. The plotline was quite thin and somehow predictable as well.
