Magic Hour By: Kristin Hannah – Audiobook Online
Magic Hour is a literary fiction book by author Kristin Hannah.
A hot story about the resilience of the human spirit, the triumph of hope and the meaning of home.
In the rugged Pacific Northwest lies the Olympic National Forest – nearly a million acres of impenetrable darkness and unbelievable beauty. From the depths of this jungle, a six-year-old girl appeared. She gave no clue as to her identity, no clue as to her past.
Retreating to her hometown of western Washington after a scandal ruined her career, child psychologist Dr. Julia Cates is determined to free the extraordinary girl she calls Alice from her prison. unimaginable fear and isolation. To reach her, Julia must uncover the truth about Alice’s past – though doing so requires help from Julia’s estranged sister, a local police officer. The shocking truth about Alice’s life tests the limits of Julia’s faith and strength, even as she struggles to build a home for Alice – and for herself.
The Nightingale, The Great Alone, Firefly Lane are great stories and Magic Hour is always with them.
I laughed, cried, got angry and was very touched. I love the characters and I love the way Kristin describes the charming little town in this story as well as the vivid descriptions of everything where you feel like you were transported into that World.
